What is a shadow board?
Being part of a shadow board is a learning opportunity for both startup companies and board members to gain experience of corporate structures and working methods. The focus is on strategy. All shadow boards have an experienced chairman who heads the work. Members have no legal responsibility for the company.

Frameworks for assignments

•  6 + 6 months including 5-6 board meetings a year
  An evaluation takes place after 6 months to decide whether the company and the member want to continue working together. We assist shadow board members who want to get involved between meetings to support the company in any challenges raised at board meetings.
• No legal liability for the company
• Fee SEK 5,000/six months
